Dr. Luis Casavantes is a board-certified dermatologist, entrepreneur, and author who founded Avanti Derma™ in 1988. Over more than four decades he has dedicated his career to clinical dermatology, reconstructive procedures, cosmetic dermatology, regenerative medicine, and the development of minimally invasive techniques for soft tissue augmentation.
His work has focused on the scientific evaluation and refinement of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA)-based soft tissue fillers — culminating in one of the first peer-reviewed clinical studies documenting their long-term use for penile girth enhancement.
